The design of the new Worth Street House, located in a historic neighborhood, tastefully responds to the requirements of the neighborhood association. It evokes memories of houses of past eras with a generous front porch and upper deck accessible from the family room. The design of the interior, however, provides a brightly lit, clean, and modern living space and incorporates very modern and clean design elements. The ground floor living spaces are arranged on either side of the linear LED-lit and pine-faced corridor, framing the main living area beyond with a focus on the see-through fireplace. Other design features include the clean and well-lit kitchen with a waterfall island counter that provides ample seating space for family gatherings, as well as the free-standing bathtub inside the large shower within the master suite.
